These terms apply to your use of Rachilo on WhatsApp and at app.rachilo.com. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Rachilo generates model photographs of garments from photos you upload, using artificial intelligence. Generated images are AI-created and may differ from the real garment in small details; please review every image before you use it for a listing or an advertisement.

2. Your account

Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. Sign-in on the web uses a one-time code sent to that number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone secure.

3. Credits and payment

The service is paid for with prepaid credits, bought in packs listed on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Credits do not expire and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. Refunds are covered by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. What you may upload

Upload only photos you own or have the right to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful, obscene, infringes someone else's rights, or shows a real person without their consent. We may decline a request or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Who owns the images

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You may use the images Rachilo generates for you, including commercially — on marketplaces, your own store, catalogues and advertising.

6. Limits of liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page; credits you have already bought keep their value.

8. Law
