This policy explains what Rachilo collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number and name — to run your account and send you your images.
• Photos you send and the images generated from them.
• Payment records — the amount, credits and Razorpay payment ID. Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Messages you send to the bot, so that we can answer support questions.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to generate your images, deliver them, keep your credit balance and answer your questions. Photos are processed by the AI service providers that generate the images, solely for that purpose. We do not sell your data or your photos.

How long we keep it

Uploaded and generated images are deleted automatically 48 hours after they are created — please download the images you want to keep. Account and payment records are kept while your account is active and as required by law.

Messages from us

We may send offers and updates on WhatsApp. Reply STOP at any time to stop them; your account and credits keep working.
