Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rachilo sells prepaid credits for a digital service. Credits are added to your account automatically as soon as a payment succeeds, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery time.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service at any time. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

Credits that have been added to your account are not refundable. We refund the payment in full when:

• money was deducted but the credits were not added to your account;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or
• a technical fault on our side stopped you from using the credits you bought.

Write to theclothestudio2@gmail.com or WhatsApp +919054761972 within 7 days of the payment, with your registered WhatsApp number and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed images

If an image fails to generate, its credit is returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
